Membership Terms

1. Membership Scope

A Seekee membership may provide access to paid or enhanced features in the mobile app. These features may relate to AI image generation, prompt creation, AI search, built-in browsing, saved work, or other app capabilities shown at the time of purchase.

Membership access is governed by these Membership Terms, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any purchase details displayed by the applicable platform.

2. Account and Eligibility

• You must be legally able to purchase and use a membership in your location.
• A valid app account or platform account may be required to buy, manage, or restore membership access.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure.
• Membership access is intended for the purchasing user and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or assigned unless we expressly allow it.

3. Purchase and Billing

Membership purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the App Store or another applicable purchase platform. The website does not directly collect or store payment card details.

Prices, taxes, billing periods, included features, trial availability, and renewal terms are shown before purchase in the app or on the platform checkout screen. Those displayed purchase terms control the transaction.

If a payment fails, expires, is reversed, or cannot be completed, membership access may be paused, limited, or ended until the platform confirms an active entitlement.

4. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Some memberships may renew automatically. If auto-renewal applies, the platform may charge your selected payment method at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal under the platform rules.

You can manage or cancel auto-renewal through your App Store account settings or the settings provided by the applicable purchase platform. Deleting the app may not cancel an active paid membership.

After cancellation, membership access usually continues until the end of the current paid period, unless the platform states otherwise.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are generally reviewed and processed by the platform used for purchase. We do not control platform refund decisions, timing, or eligibility rules.

Nothing in these Membership Terms limits any consumer rights, cancellation rights, or refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. Benefits and Usage Limits

Membership benefits are the features, limits, and access levels presented at the time of purchase or inside the app. They may include expanded creation capacity, additional prompt tools, higher usage allowances, saved-work features, fewer restrictions, or related enhancements.

We may apply reasonable limits to protect service quality, prevent abuse, manage AI infrastructure, and keep the app reliable for users. Membership does not guarantee unlimited use unless that is expressly stated in the purchase screen.

We may update, add, remove, rename, or adjust membership features over time. If a material change affects an active membership, we will handle it as required by platform rules and applicable law.

7. AI Output and User Content

You remain responsible for prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images, searches, URLs, saved items, and content you choose to export or share while using membership features.

AI-generated results and search-related responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to results generated for other users. Review outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them commercially.

8. Service Availability

Membership features may depend on app updates, platform services, AI providers, search or browsing infrastructure, network access, and device compatibility. We do not promise that every membership feature will be available at all times.

We may temporarily limit or suspend membership features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, technical issues, third-party dependency issues, or product changes.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate membership access if we reasonably believe that you violated these Membership Terms, violated the Terms of Service, created risk, misused the services, or used the services unlawfully.

You may stop using membership features at any time and may cancel renewal through the applicable platform. Any remaining access, refund, or entitlement handling will follow platform rules and applicable law.
