Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes the information practices for the Intelligence website, mobile app, AI image tools, Prompt Studio, AI search, browsing features, saved work, and related services.
1. Scope and Acceptance
This policy covers products and services offered under the Intelligence brand. When you use those services, you understand that information may be handled in the ways described here.
If these practices do not work for you, please do not use the services.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information that helps us operate, protect, support, and improve Intelligence, including:
- Account and contact details, including email addresses, login identifiers, and messages sent to support.
- Creative material, including prompts, uploaded reference images, generation settings, selected styles, selected sizes, generated images, and feedback.
- Search and browsing activity, including queries, URLs, related-search interactions, opened results, saved items, and supported local or account history.
- Product activity, including feature usage, task progress, preferences, and diagnostic information.
- Technical data, including device type, operating system, IP address, language, approximate region, crash information, and analytics events.
3. Face Data
This section describes how Intelligence treats face data. Intelligence does not collect, scan, analyze, identify, extract, create, store, keep, disclose, share, sell, or otherwise process face data.
What face data Intelligence collects
Intelligence does not collect face data. It does not use facial recognition, face detection, face tracking, face mapping, face geometry, face templates, faceprints, biometric identifiers, facial landmarks, depth maps, expression analysis, identity matching, liveness checks, or similar technology intended to detect, measure, identify, authenticate, or recognize someone by their face.
Intelligence does not ask for or require face data for AI image generation, Prompt Studio, AI search, account access, support, personalization, analytics, advertising, security, or any other feature.
Images that may visually contain a face
Users may choose to upload a reference image or create an AI-generated image that visibly includes a human face. Intelligence does not treat those images as biometric face data and does not extract, measure, identify, classify, verify, authenticate, or save a face template, faceprint, facial geometry, facial landmark, biometric identifier, or facial identifier from them.
Uploaded reference images and generated images are handled as user-provided content for the requested feature. Intelligence does not use that content to identify a person, build a biometric profile, train facial recognition, or assemble a face database.
Use, disclosure, sharing, and sale of face data
Because Intelligence does not collect face data, it has no actual or intended use for face data. Intelligence does not use face data for authentication, identification, personalization, analytics, advertising, AI training, model improvement, content ranking, safety scoring, user profiling, or any other purpose.
Intelligence does not disclose, share, sell, rent, license, transfer, or otherwise make face data available to third parties, including analytics providers, advertising providers, cloud providers, AI providers, support providers, affiliates, business partners, or other external parties.
Storage location
Because Intelligence does not collect or store face data, there is no place where face data is stored. Intelligence does not keep face data on a user's device, on Intelligence servers, in cloud storage, databases, backups, logs, or systems run by third-party service providers.
Retention and deletion
Because face data is neither collected nor stored, it is retained for zero time. There is no face data retention period and no retained face data record to delete.
If you believe ordinary image content you uploaded or generated should be removed from your account, device history, or available in-app records, you may use available in-app controls or contact us at developer@nuviloonline.com. That request concerns user content only, not biometric face data, because Intelligence does not collect biometric face data.
Where this policy explains face data practices
Details about collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, retention, and deletion of face data are provided in Section 3 of this Privacy Policy, titled "Face Data."
