1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Intelligence, you accept these Terms and the policies they reference. If you do not accept them, you may not use the services.

If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to agree for that organization.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must have the legal right to use the services where you are located.
• You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activity on your account unless that activity is caused by our failure to meet our obligations.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Intelligence for lawful personal or internal purposes, including searching for information, opening URLs, browsing websites, generating images, saving content, and sharing outputs as allowed by these Terms.

4. User Content and AI Output

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, reference images, generated images, saved items, search inputs, entered URLs, and content you export or share.

You keep the rights you already hold in your content. You give us a limited license to host, process, store, display, transmit, and reproduce your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to content generated for others. You should review output before using it.

5. Search, Browsing, and Third-Party Content

Intelligence may let you search the web, open URLs, view web pages, and interact with third-party content. Third-party websites and services may operate under their own terms, policies, content rules, availability, and data practices.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, or data practices outside our control.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not break the law, infringe third-party rights, violate platform policies, or breach these Terms.
• Do not upload, generate, distribute, or request content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or invasive of privacy.
• Do not use the services for fraud, harassment, impersonation, security attacks, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automation.
• Do not disrupt service security, availability, limits, or ordinary operation.

7. Availability and Disclaimers

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the services when needed for maintenance, security, legal, product, or business reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or that generated content or search results will meet every expectation.

8. Liability and Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or used the services unlawfully. You may stop using the services at any time.
